GranBio’s Code of Ethics and Conduct not only presents ethical principles, but also clearly and accurately reflects the values and commitments that must guide the internal and external relations of all GranBio members, including employees, managers, officers, and shareholders.

GranBio' Ethics Committee has the autonomy and independence to investigate, assess and evaluate violations to our Code and enforce the appropriate disciplinary sanctions. Its members are also responsible for sharing knowledge, answering questions and offering guidance to ensure compliance with the Code.

GranBio is committed to conducting its business with ethics, integrity, transparency and in compliance with applicable laws. Therefore, in accordance with its public commitment, it ensures compliance with Brazilian and foreign anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws, including the Brazilian Anti-Corruption Act 12.846 and the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”).
